Technical business analyst

Responsabilities :

• Project management from start to finish + other teams coordination
• Business requirements & painpoints understanding, gathering and translation into/against Solution Design
• Technico functional specifications
• Solution Design & Business acceptance criteria (Integration & E2E Tests)
• Solution Build follow up (other teams coordination)
• IT testing
• Support in Business validation tests (User Acceptance Tests)
• Knowledge transfer to Run and business teams

Must have : Anglais : C1 level at least

SQL complex queries,

Data Analysis,

Project management,

CRM knowledge

Nice to Have : Marketing Automation knowledge, Retail or Luxury domain knowledge

Experience & skills required :

• Strong skills of digital project management within agile framework
• Strong ability to understand complex technical environments with many different teams and technologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Knowledge of API technologies & Integration (Postman)
• Nice to Have : Knowledge of GCP, SFMC, Bigquery, MongoDB
